why do bopimo players hate difficult levels

hop onto gilded gateway got 5 people calling the level dogwater is it that serious. like ok id understand if it was like casa de galunga difficulty but it's not insanely difficult and it has loads of checkpoints

Maybe it is because of how expansive the moveset is and how little it is explained, some people don't even know how to dive or long jump and are trying to do these events

Something ive suggested months ago is a levels page redesign that separates levels in star collection, free roam and official levels into multiple categories you can select but theres already filters for that so maybe it's useless, but it would make the interface less difficult to understand for new people

The current moveset isnt fun if the levels are easy thats the issue. And the lack of popular platformer games components that you can use to make levels is also an issue too.
I think the floatiness of the current Bopimo! moveset is what makes the game memorable with the lack of components, because non sandbox platformer games like Super Mario are fun because of it's pre-made level design and it's components, mostly not because of it's moveset

First there ain't not 1, but 2 different options to search levels by difficulty, the first one is not embedded into the search feature of the play tab directly. You have to go to a player's profile to search by difficulty.

the 3d mario games have pretty good movesets tho ngl the dev teams on those cook. also i think easy levels can be fun but only if you speedrun them lol

I honestly think the difficulty filter is just a repackaging of Most rated filter cause we got petes candy land at the top but its littearly like 1 star difficulty
