Making a City = Need people to put around.. Reply!

I'm making this post prior to building, since I can just look back after I've made progress.

I want to put active users around the map, so the city is livelier
(sleeping in a store, running around the map etc.)

Requirements -

1. Reply to this forum
2. Have an actual outfit (can't just be solid colors)

Ah I actually I do have something more important to add, spawn me without a toy. I only have the knife equipped on this character because I feel like it makes attacking and hurting npcs with 'Q' more realistic than a present or a sign.
