Not yet but you will be! I'll try to fit everyone beyond when I said "I think I have enough people" into the world.

Additional notes if you do change your avatar often leave a message on which outfit you want to put into the game otherwise, I'll just pick an avatar I like, and it may have not been what you wanted in the world

Hey there, just a tip: if you add too many NPC's (more than 15 i think) you'll reach the NPC limit, and can no longer use NPC's. One way to circumvent this would be using decals like https://www.bopimo.com/items/4546
