I getting Infinity "Loading Level..." and then "Connection to the server has been lost.". What to do?

The servers are still unstable from the release yesterday, hopefully we can play soon.

I can't play because I use a MacBook, but I did get on an old Windows laptop like an hour ago to try and play. Every time the "Checking for updates..." popup closed, it would open a small purple untitled window and then it would crash/close after like 2 seconds. Nothing was in that window, just a purple background.

it may be because your device doesnt support vulkan
vulkan is the graphics engine that bopimo uses btw
theres a blog post showing how to make it work with opengl instead

Were you replying to me or the main post? I checked in cmd prompt and it said I have Vulkan capabilities.
