I cannot see hats no matter how long I play (people tell me I have to wait a few minutes) I waited 20 or so minutes and not a single hat or item appeared on me or anybody else. They told me they could see mine, but I couldn't see theirs.
Any idea on how to resolve this?

i've been having the exact same problem, whenever i join i'm bald, have none of the items i have equipped, and there's a bunch of "null" texts everywhere

One of my friends is experiencing the same issue, and cannot pick up event items. No known solution

Same issue. I was able to collect some of the event items regardless but when I tried to collect an item from the Halloween event some time after getting all the Fall Festival items, it wouldn't function.

Might be fixed in 1.0.4 - weird aws certificate issue was causing cdn problems previously; there was even a thread trying to figure out the cause earlier in bopimo discord

my hats started working finally, the nulls are actually turning in to models now as well. i don't know what i did to make it work i think it just happened on its own
