Here are things that everybody should know on the internet, especially minors (those below the age of 18):

- Be very very careful when sharing personal or sensitive information like your age, real life name, home address, phone number, etc. Make sure you 100% trust whoever you're sharing that info with, or preferrably just don't share it at all.
- If anybody is telling you to do something that makes you uncomfortable or that you're not sure about, don't do it. This includes sending photos or videos of yourself or engaging in inappropriate or weird conversations/roleplay. Don't let people pressure you into doing things either.
- Be careful when interacting with people who are older than you. They may use their age as a way to take advantage of you. They can also lie about their age to appear more trustworthy.
- If someone does something that makes you uncomfortable, tell others about it instead of keeping it private, even if they tell you not to tell anyone. Don't listen to them just because they say "you can trust me".

Stay safe out there, fellow bopians!

You could reply with something supportive but still forum-style:

Good post. A lot of people think "it won't happen to me" until someone starts asking for personal information or trying to get them to keep secrets. I'd also add that you should use different passwords for different sites and enable 2FA whenever possible. The internet can be a great place, but it's always smart to stay cautious and trust your instincts if something feels off.

Or if you want something shorter:

W PSA. The "don't keep it private" point is especially important. If someone tells you not to tell your parents, friends, or moderators about a conversation, that's a huge red flag.

This has happened to me multiple times INCLUDING me interacting with a doxxer and predator (not umbreon) and nothing happened lmao

I’m being dead for real rn, u should still follow everything here to not get your info leaked so dont put anything of your name and stuff, but literally if you dont give ur info they’re not gonna do anything lol. Every ‘doxxer’ is as sweet as grandma’s cookies and they’re not gonna harm you. They’re all harmless!! Also IP address doesn’t mean anything either lmao
