so basically the finale was pretty dark. jax abstracted, ragatha became close friends with pomni, kinger revealed that scratch was trying to build a brain scanner, and they don't leave the circus.


caine comes back, and he apologizes for the hell he put the circus crew through. he revealed their identities before they entered the digital circus


pomni is known as Abgail Brooks. she is an accountant, and she hangs out with new friends more often.


ragatha is known as Susie J. Ackerman. she appears to cut off all contact with her mother after being abused by her, and she left her hometown. she has a strong genuine connection with her friends and she excelled in her career


gangle is known as Zoe Raghavan. she made a good recovery in the hospital, quit her fast food job, and has gotten a job as a designer. she posted pictures of her webcomic online.


zooble is known as Riley Vels. she opened her own bar.


kinger is known as Grant Best. he still works in town, and he is still happily married to his wife, and has two daughters.


jax is known as Leeroy Mateo. after being homeless for a few months, he was able to room with one of his close friends. he got a job as a delivery driver, and he is able to pay rent.




also, jax and ribbit had a huge argument because apparently, jax thought ribbit was trying to hold his personal life over his head.

it was good but it left quite a few questions unanswered. Also combine that with the couple of loose ends in the plot and the missed opportunities made me not really like the ending. It was fun to watch but it wasn't very satisfying

yeah honestly im a bit dissapointed, like it was good dont get me wrong, but cmon goose shouldve made pomni save jax or something. cuz its kind of a weird message to send like ur struggling and you give up and thats it? like what

i wish SO BADLY that it was like pomni found jax abstracting and saved him before he fully did, MY FUNNYBUNNY BRAIN WOULD HAVE ACTUALLY EXPLODED

i was expecting a really bad ending where caine does not come back, and the circus ends because EVERYONE ABSTRACTED

Ok i just saw the finale on youtube, and despite having some parts spoiled for me, I was still quite shocked by it. (Partially because I only had cliffnotes spoiled for me.) I personally liked the ending.

To me, the ending feels like how to deal with loss (and how NOT to deal with loss.) Leeroy lost his mom, and he let it consume him. Jax lost Ribbit, and proceeded to double down on his safeguard tendencies. Pomni lost Jax, and was almost about to lose herself too, but the others helped her before she completely lost herself, preventing a lose-lose scenario, and also tying back to the the themes of leaning on others in the present instead of letting regrets and the past consume you. (Also, I'm assuming that abstraction is unsavable, so once you cross that line, no one can force you out, and you can't come out on your own.)

Anyways, finale was pretty solid (at least via me and my interpretation,) Caine played Minecraft to escape the void, 10/10.


Only bad part was that The Sun doesn't get a single line of dialogue, while The Moon gets 3. /j

I haven’t seen a single second of the show. I love when the circus exploded and killed everyone except the rabbit from Fortnite who then proceeded to say « I’m alive , tis nice » in a really phony Heavy impression

People act like the finale is bad. It isn’t. It just wasn’t what they wanted. Yeah, if you wanted Jax to team up with the among us crewmates, it would probably be a disappointing finale, but for what it is trying to be, it’s fine.

Btw I have a theory: Kinger can't abstract.
In the finale, Jax's mind had 4 doors, each representing how Jax would react if someone else abstracted. (First door being Ragatha, second being Zooble and third being Gangle IIRC). The 4th was boarded up, implying it would be Pomni's abstraction.


What about Kinger? He did manage to avoid abstraction for 17/18 years, the longest out of anyone.
