Which creature is largest and easiest to peel off their skin? and would it be possible for evolution to bring that creature with such peelable skin into a human over long enough time?

Idk ripping skin off in general is not that hard (not for like a turtle or anything with hard skin)

If you just count the peelability of the skin, Reptiles are a good choice. they commonly shed their skin!

No, they need to be able to evolve into humans with peelable skin.
