i think i can help (or maybe not)

the best way to do it just to be calm like pretend you are talking to yourself about this stuff when someone ask you a question

this might be good or not not sure

you are soo cool and sigma

Make sure to only face the audience once every few seconds if you have stage fright, then just look into the distance (repeat process)

tips that are good but you need to be confident:
watch ted talk and watch how they speak/movement

Dont speak in a monitone voice; make your voice sound grounded.

pause inbetween sentences e.g. Because when you pause … you give the audience time to think … and understand what you’re saying.

move your arms around and walk around a small area of the room (hard for socially-awkward people)
