im procrasinating for a speech in ELA and it would be helpful if u have any tips :3
specifically, its like an interview-esque thing where i have to pretend to be my author. so not as bad as a normal speech lol
i'd appreciate any like general tips too :D

the best way to do it just to be calm like pretend you are talking to yourself about this stuff when someone ask you a question

Make sure to only face the audience once every few seconds if you have stage fright, then just look into the distance (repeat process)

tips that are good but you need to be confident:
watch ted talk and watch how they speak/movement
Dont speak in a monitone voice; make your voice sound grounded.
pause inbetween sentences e.g. Because when you pause … you give the audience time to think … and understand what you’re saying.
move your arms around and walk around a small area of the room (hard for socially-awkward people)
