you can get suspended which basically means banned, it happens to some

theres been alot of bans though its usually a suspension to the account, for top 1 banned user see: Bopology who got all their stuff deleted and suspended, i think true account deletions do exist but its only for like spam accounts like the spam account incident

you can get temporarily suspended and stuff but i havent seen like specifically chat bans its always just suspensions that are temporary or whatever

i got STRUCK by the BanHammer two times or 2 accounts in total.
one was a warning for the username removal of Deleted 6889
another was possibly a 12 Hour Ban? by calling the moderator Luke "brick-luke is smth smth" in febuary 3? on the Android account.
when someone gets banned ingame
it will be like "Android got struck by the BanHammer!" on dark red text moving.
