TekniSHUAlly you can have a collectable level in your level with the block id 60000, but I don't know how it works and you can't just plop random assets you find in the shop.

You can import the block but it doesn't work. Your level needs to be manually added to a whitelist along with items approved for your level. So even if you make a whitelisted level you can't just add in whatever you want, it's preplanned.
