You could make the next domas loaf...

- What is this? -

Hey bopis! I've participated in a few level contests in the past and I thought it was about time I hosted one of my own. The theme is loaflikes. For those who don't know, a "loaflike", named after domas loaf, is a character that is a mix between an object (usually a food) and a person. Loaflikes get to have their own "adventure" levels, levels which are often comedic. The characters may also have funny speech quirks. (Examples: Domas loaf speaks in all lowercase, rat pepper must include hot hot hot in his sentences, and donut lenn will capitalize the first letter of emphasized words.)

In this contest, you will design your own loaflike. And make a level for the player to play through. If you don't understand what to do, play search domas loaf, donut lenn, rat pepper, or domas celery and play some levels to get some inspiration.

- How do I Participate? -

Design a loaflike character, and create a level around them. Your level and story can be anything, as long as the character you created is a focus of said level. As long as your level has gameplay, it can be as simple as the original domas loaf adventure, or as complicated as the night sky can contain.

Once you finished your level. submit it as a link in this thread, or by as a direct message to me on Discord at @carllenn. Please finish by January 1st as that is when I will start judging the levels.

- Why should I Participate? -

1st Place - 2,000 coins and a drawing + shirt of your character
2nd Place - 1.500 coins
3rd Place - 1,000 coins

- RULES -

-Your level should not be just your character, but have gameplay as well. You can create an extra level with just the character itself (similar to the original domas loaf and donut lenn levels), but the contest submission should be a full fledged adventure.

-Characters that already have levels are DISQUALIFIED. No domas loaf, no rat pepper, and no donut lenn! This includes new ones like leocat apple, bagel newgen, and jarn juice. While disqualified characters are ALLOWED to be present in your level, the purpose of this contest is to create NEW characters. I will be judging your own characters, and will not give bonus points if you add donut lenn to your level.

-If a loaflike exists for yourself and you don't want a second character based on yourself, feel free to base your character off an OC, or character from popular media. Heck, you can even make one from another user (as long as you are nice about it).
