I saw some videos where you can hold down a button to restart the level but couldn't find it in the client settings, how do i get it

It's called "quick respawn" and it's under the controls tab of the settings menu and the button should be - on the numeric keypad of your keyboard. I rebound the key to 'Home' just because it's easier to access.
