after i join on a game "i talk spanish" says "desconexion - la instancia de servidor creada recientemente nunca se registro a si misma lo mas probable fue que crasheo durante el startup. porfavor reporta este problema" what does that mean

Got the same thing but in english. Do I report the game itself with the 3 dots or is there a proper channel to report issues like this?
