i just need some help in how to make items

Dashboard > Go to Shop > Hit the Plus Button > Now you're at the item creator > input your shirt/pants/shoes texture (make sure its a 512x512 png) > Name it > put a description on it (probably optional) > Give it a price (also optional, as it can either be free or offsale) > Create item > wait for moderators to accept

you can only make shirts shoes and pants, no faces, toys, hats.
