16 being the maximum makes no sense and all it does is lag the server

@bopimonewgen The servers can't really handle too many people, there should at least be a way to control the limit, or ways to play by yourself like a private server

I do agree 8 is tiny but if we'll have to wait months for multiplayer lag to be properly fixed then I'll gladly take small servers
