Its the same laggy thing of all time, just that the game looks cooler now
One thing that got worse with this update was the amount of times my computer had to shutdown in order to load a level. To fully test the performance of this update i joined Beaksberg 1950 (laggiest level in the game) and it took 3 (THREE) shutdowns in order to load the level, and the performance is still the same.
Everything is turned to the minimum, performance flags on, but render distance is at 1500 (The setting does not affect the performance at all), and it feels probably one or two frames faster.
My experience with 1.1.5

The AOTMCHTSIOTLAL might be inaccurate tho, it might just happend everytime the game updates. But it wasnt as bad as it is now before.

The trees look like that because you turned performance flags on.
Also, if these graphical reductions barely help performance, it just proves that the graphics aren’t the bottleneck in the first place and that it really is the old and inefficient logic of the game itself (NPCs, blocks, etc) like I was saying.

back in 1.0 when the game updated I remember I would do every action and place every block once in a private level to avoid getting lag spikes later on, I haven't needed to do this with 1.1 updates though
