Hello, I'm using Ubuntu and I have no idea how to use Bopimo client on here, any help?

Did you run the file? Go to properties (alt+enter for shortcut), go to permissions and there should be an option to make the file executable.
If that's not what's causing you problem, then sorry but I really don't know, could be a compatibility issue maybe, appimages are self-contained so I kind of doubt it would ever be a problem, but who knows lol.
