Launcher Setup will not install.

It gets stuck halfway with an error saying: "Extract: error writing to file
C:\Users\RealName~1\AppData\Local\Temp\nsfD7A.tmp/app-64.7z"
Does anyone know what this means? I've tried reinstalling it but I still get the error. System specs: 4GB RAM, Lenovo ThinkPad Laptop, 117 GB Internal storage

this is useless but i found out that i need more storage
unfortunately i lost my microsd inside of the chromebook im using to write this
