My thumbnail isn't working, help!

When I try to take a thumbnail, it works fine, and even sets the placeholder baseplate to the processing screen, but when I leave and rejoin, its just a black and white version of the processing thumbnail screen, are my thumbnails getting filtered somehow?

Disregard this post, it just took a really really long time for the thumbnail to get approved.
