Kinematic Rotation relative to current Rotation

From what I can tell, the editor's kinematic rotation feature is restricted to the world's axes. What's the best way to achieve the illusion of kinematic rotation relative to the object's current rotations? i.e. An object's current rotation being [0, 0, 30] and kinematic rotation being [0, 100, 0] will make the object spin in a wobbly/swaying way.
