If you havent noticed yet, a few items that are uploaded on the shops are made by Meemurr, a beta tester. The latest one, being Stem and Friend, designed by carnie (another beta tester) and modeled by Meemurr.
Also Meemurr is in charge of modeling like half of the eggs for the egg hunt too

So do Bopimo! UGC items exist now? No but Yes. Beta testers who can make 3D models with the Bopimo! Art style can make their own items. Meemurr is the only one that Firecat trusts tho.
Domas designed the Amalgam face too, but it's easier than a 3D item, but still counts as a UGC item.

Bopimo UGC is a very misleading title. Meemurr is an explicitly stated exception to what otherwise is just firecat models. Maybe one day there will be more people who get accepted models but only people that are close to fcm.

It's not made by FireCatMagic but it's made by someone who can recreate his style. There can be more people but i'm pretty sure it would be only needed in like 2 years

it's not something i would say is exclusive to me, im not an admin or anything, but bopimo will never have ugc. ugc just isn't fun or good, and i don't think it fits bopimo.

at the end of the day, if u want to suggest a hat and make it in blender and upload it to the discord i completely encourage u to do it!!! i never want to ever discourage anyone from learning or practicing a skill like blender

that said tho, im p sure i can do this cus ive been practicing a ton, and also cus i designed a lot of the eggs that will drop when egg hunt happens. not only that, but im now helping with the modeling too!!

i pray this doesnt sound like elitest or soemthing dumb, i fr dont think im better than anyone else and anyone can learn blender and do what im doing if they have the mentality and passion, but my skin crawls at the mention of UGC i think of like 50 spongebobs on the shop tab LOL
