I'm asking because apparently ItemMesh can add the glowy bleeding eyeball thing, and it can import 2d images apparently, so I just want to know how to use it.

The way you import a mesh in general is taking the ID of an item and putting it in the id field in the block settings, for example the link to the soarer of maple hat is:

https://www.bopimo.com/items/519

So the ID you input is 519

And for 2D images you just import a shirt using the same method and make it as flat as possible, for it to not be "shirt shaped" you need to put an image on the torso and make the rest of the shirt transparent.


and about the glowing eye thingy, I think that's a skybox, idk.
