Found out how to do it, select object ctrl + c to save to clipboard and then ctrl + v. It will say it in chat if you copied and pasted an object.

You click alt + f4 usually works best

If you wanna select more to copy just hold "Ctrl" while clicking them

they're not constrained to microsoft word, 99% of programs use CTRL+C and CTRL+V for copying and pasting respectively
