Wouldn't this be against Bopimo's TOS?

this paragraph basically bans any scraper

We don't actively retrieve data from Bopimo's API, or assets like values of shop items, forum numbers, etc. All information is manually sent upon review to update the algorithmic systems of our AI Chat bot.
