The reason why glitchy dive test has no victors isn't necessarily about it's difficulty - it's about the fact that the level is very unfair. The level has a tutorial section that teaches you the different techs there is and there are around 5 of those tech sections you have to go through total which all have checkpoints as you progress.
However here's where the problems start: Once you have cleared the said tutorial section you are greeted with the final "test" section that tests your skills based on what you have learned from the tutorial. Right, so what is the problem with that you might ask? The problem is that the jumps, while familiar, are tweaked so that they are insanely more harder than in the tutorial. It doesn't help that a lot of the jumps are also rng dependent due to how awesome Bopimo is! And the fun part is that the first jump of that test section is literally the worst jump to ever exist on Bopimo! And oh! Did I also forget to mention the fact that the test part has ZERO CHECKPOINTS? Once you pass the first jump that takes you forever you don't really even know what to do due to there being no checkpoints. A level like that just doesn't deserve top one imo. The tests purpose is just to annoy you to the point where you will turn away from the level forever. There really should be at least a few checkpoints in the test part due to the fact that the jumps are basically new and take forever to be successful in. You don't make any progress at all in the final part it's just gross. The level can be beaten in like 3 minutes, I've been there once, but that final part just genuinely sucks so bad.

Also, Casa De Galunga B-side deserves it's top one. It has really difficult gameplay but with checkpoints so you can actually like learn the level. It's longevity made beating it very intense but in a good way. The level had some creative new difficult tech sections that i had never seen utilized in any level before that made it so satisfying to learn and master. It's such a good level and is an example of how hard levels should be. Only complaint i really have is that it's very laggy but that's not really cgb's fault since water had to be used to patch skips.
