Yes and no, there are 2 of them doing it. Well not anymore it's back down to 1 but whatever.

Never implied he had anything to do with the hack, but they were both doing the bit. Chevy is just extra unoriginal with it.

The most important one i would say is Plotagon as they were the compromised account to confirm that chevy was hacking accounts because you see Plotagon was actually a really late tester seemingly and was buddies with some of the devs/testers
