I wish they had Toast Toast coming out of the 1st Birthday Present. I'm not delusional. I know it won't happen. Instead, the present will probably open up into Donut Lenn or something like that, which especially stings since Carl didn't even like the level. This game means a lot to me, it helped me push through despite all odds, and it would mean so much to me to actually see that reflected by something actually meant for me. Even if it is just a weird joke character coming out of the present.
