as a new player, i am worried about this

the first thing i was worried about when i joined this was if the players were going to be nice or not... do the people here have some sort of superiority complex like a lot of communities do towards people who are new? ESPECIALLY since i joined from laughability's video, i'm worried that i'll get like flamed by older players for joining from that video and being new

We joke about being better than the new generation (Commonly referred to as "newgens") but for the most part it's all in good faith. We are absolutely desperate for newcomers. You get an A+ for showing up, trying to add to the community, and trying to not cause controversy on your way out.

^^^^^^^ exactly, most people said that what happened with laughability was good for the game, as it revived it. also, it allows better games to be made on bopimo with more people experimenting with the editor. we already saw this happen with Johnathan's game The Irregular Elevator, and I believe he is making more. so don't worry bro, we like the new players. its a misconception since a lot of communities dont like newgens

its been a very chill and quick integration into the community for me, and it's incredibly welcoming. the folks here are awesome and if anything happens we'll KILL WHOEVER DID IT!!!!!
